The biggest challenge for me was that the room was either a semi-basement or only 7 feet hight. I was invited to redesign the lobby and convert the room into a living area. However, the size of the lobby is 11'-0" x 7'-8", and the size of the room is 13'-4" x 8'-8", which provides limited space. Additionally, I couldn't alter the semi-basement as the wall and column are part of the load-bearing structure.
